When you try to divine the future on a Wardley map the more the componant is evolved (to the right), the more it is 'easy' to estimate what will happen.
Genesis, on the other side, is very hard to predict. It is mostly limited to know that something will raise there. The what is not clear.

# When
You can use [[Weak Signals to measure evolution]], for example the titles of publications, to understand when a component is evolving towards a more evolved form.
# Who
[[Weak Signals to measure evolution]] are also the only way one can measure and understand who is working on a certain project. In my head the CUR is a great example of things that are evolving.
